Eligibility for Membership: The member must:
- have obtained at least a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related fields recognized by the Society, OR
- have a combined bachelor of science degree in which Biochemistry is one of the major subjects. OR
- have obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent qualification with specialization in any of applied Biochemistry/Molecular Biology related Science technology from recognized and accredited higher institution, OR
- have equivalent professional qualifications and research experience in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related fields deemed by the Society to be equivalent to Sub-Sections (i) or (ii) or (iii) above.
