About Me
Personal Profile: I attended Ndayako primary school, then government science college, izom all in Niger State, Nigeria. Therafter, proceeded to the school of basic studies, and department of Biochemistry, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria where I obtained IJMB and BSc Biochemistry. I had my MSc and PhD programs at university of Ilorin and Federal University of Technology Minna. Started my working career at the Nigerian institute for Trypanosomiasis research, and rose through the ranks from Research Officer II to the Chief Research Officer. Finally transfered my service to FUT Minna as senior lecturer. Got promoted to the rank of professor in 2020 and currently the HOD of Biochemistry department. I have taught several courses in biochemistry to UG and PG students. At the moment had over 60 publication in both national and international journals on ethnopharmacology, toxicology, biochemistry and molecular biology of Trypanosomiasis..I have attended several national and international conferences. Married and blessed with children.
